By purchasing any paid service from Emadesk, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

All purchases made through Emadesk are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Because Emadesk provides access to digital services, software functionality, AI-powered tools, and consumable AI credits, refunds are generally not available once a purchase has been completed.

2. Subscription Plans

Subscription fees paid for monthly, annual, or other recurring plans are non-refundable.

This includes situations where:

  • The subscription is only partially used.
  • The account is not actively used.
  • The user forgets to cancel a subscription.
  • The user no longer requires the Services.
  • The user is dissatisfied with a feature that was accurately described before purchase.

Users may cancel future renewals at any time through their account settings or by contacting support.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period.

3. AI Credits

AI credits purchased through Emadesk are non-refundable.

Once credits are purchased:

  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Credits cannot be transferred to another account unless expressly authorized by Emadesk.
  • Unused credits are not eligible for refunds.
  • Expired credits, if applicable, are not refundable.

4. One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases, add-ons, premium features, implementation services, setup services, and similar digital offerings are non-refundable once delivered or made available.

5. Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase due to a billing error, please contact us promptly.

After verification, Emadesk may issue a refund or account credit for the duplicate charge.

6. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a payment was made without your authorization, you must contact us immediately at:

7. Service Interruptions

Temporary outages, maintenance periods, third-party provider interruptions, internet failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not automatically qualify users for refunds.

Emadesk may, at its sole discretion, provide service credits or other remedies where appropriate.

8. Fraudulent Activity

We reserve the right to deny refunds, suspend accounts, or terminate services where we reasonably believe:

  • Fraud has occurred.
  • Payment abuse has occurred.
  • Chargeback abuse has occurred.
  • The Services have been used in violation of our Terms of Service.

9. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, we encourage you to contact us so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

Where a chargeback is initiated improperly or in violation of this Refund Policy, Emadesk reserves the right to:

  • Suspend the account.
  • Terminate access to Services.
  • Recover associated costs and fees where permitted by law.

10. Exceptions

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where applicable law requires a refund, Emadesk will comply with such legal obligations.
